These terms are simple because our product is simple. You use it. You own your data. We build it. We don't own your stuff.
What Ditzl Is Ditzl is a platform for downloadable apps (PWAs), business tools, and AI-powered integrations. Apps are delivered to your device. Business tools run at the edge. AI memory (Mori) runs on your device.
Your Account If you are a business owner, you create a tenant account. Your business data is yours. It is encrypted, isolated, and accessible only to you. If you choose to leave, you take your data with you (see our Privacy Policy ). If you are a visitor, you do not need an account. We do not collect your information. You browse. That's it.
Apps & Integrations Free apps are free. No trial. No bait. Paid integrations are priced per integration, per month. Prices are displayed before purchase. You can cancel any integration at any time. No penalties. No retention tricks. Downloaded PWAs belong on your device. We do not remotely disable apps you have downloaded.
Content & IP Content you create (text, images, business data) belongs to you. The Array™ platform, its code, design, and architecture are proprietary to EventureAI. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the platform. You may export your own data at any time.
AI Usage (Mori) Mori AI runs on your device. Conversations are not transmitted to our servers. Compute costs for AI features are billed as part of integration pricing. You opt in to AI — it is never default.
Payments All payments are processed through Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers. Stripe's terms apply to payment processing.
Opt-Out / Hash Gate Any business tenant can opt out at any time. When you opt out: Your data is exported to you Your account is deactivated (not deleted — for legal compliance) A hash of the transaction is recorded on-chain as proof of the opt-out No silent exits. Every departure is documented.
Liability The platform is provided as-is. We work hard to keep it running, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We are not liable for lost revenue due to downtime. Use the platform at your own risk.
Changes We may update these terms. When we do, we will update the date above. Material changes will be announced on the platform. The previous version is minted on-chain and cannot be altered.
