The hours the internet has wrong

This is the whole reason this page exists. Each line says how we know it.

The NEW HOURS chalkboard on the sidewalk outside Inga's.
The board on the sidewalk. This is the true source; the website never caught up.

What the internet says

11 AM.

Inga's own website says 11, and Google reads the website, so Google says 11 too. One wrong number, copied once, believed everywhere.

What the door says

7 AM. Every day of the week.

Observed — read off the chalkboard headed NEW HOURS, standing on the sidewalk, 29 August 2026. The board disagrees with the internet on all seven days. Photographed above; the photograph is the evidence, not the claim.

Confirmed by a second channel

The bartender said 7 too.

Attested by Inga's bartender to Tom, 29 August 2026. Two independent channels — the board and a person who works there — agreeing against the whole flat web.

What it costs them

Five hours of trade a day, to a number nobody at the bar typed.

A bartender opens at 6, is ready at 7, and watches an empty room until noon because every listing in the world is sending people at 11. If a listing ever turned you away at breakfast — they were open.

An alpine tavern that means it

Photographed on site, 29 August 2026.

A patio lounge with Adirondack chairs built from vintage skis.
The Après-Ski Lounge. Those are Adirondack chairs built out of old skis.
A copper cone fireplace with ski boots, poles and skis stacked around it.
The corner by the window. There is a kilim on the wall and a Rock-Ola jukebox you can queue from your phone.
A chalkboard reading: dogs are only welcome with well behaved owners.
Their sign, not ours.

A photo and a line. It goes on the record as yours - not as the business's, and not as a change to this page.

Recorded, unsealed. Nothing on this page changes until Tom seals it - and what you send never speaks as the business.
